Lowlands Summit

Lowlands Summit is a large house in rural central Iowa, west of Fort Dodge. It has 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a kitchen, a gym, a den, and another interior room that isn’t more specifically labeled. There is also an exterior, meaning outdoor space exists.

The kitchen is for cooking, the gym is an indoor room marked as such, and the den is a separate sitting-type room. The “other” room is just that—another room. Bedrooms are bedrooms. Bathrooms are bathrooms.

Despite the name, there’s no actual summit here; this is the flatter part of Iowa, with small towns and fields in the broader area. If you’re counting spaces under one roof: eight bedrooms, three bathrooms, plus a kitchen, a gym, a den, and one additional room, and then the outside (which is not a room).
